Stundenlohn Putzfrau

Average hourly wage cleaning lady Switzerland - you can orientate yourself on these values

Reasonable hourly wage cleaning lady - Both sides profit from it

When it comes to hiring a professional cleaning lady, don't cut corners. Dumping prices as an hourly cleaning lady may be to your advantage at first, but ultimately you also benefit from a reasonable hourly wage for your cleaning lady. After all, a cleaning lady who is paid fairly and appropriately approaches her work with far more commitment than an underpaid cleaner. And a cleaning lady who shows commitment and willingness to perform will do her job to your satisfaction. So an appropriate hourly cleaning lady wage always benefits you as well.

Average hourly wage cleaning lady Switzerland as gross wage

Also, take into account the minimum wages in Switzerland

There is no legally uniform minimum wage in Switzerland. However, employees in the home economics sector have been able to invoke a minimum wage since 2020. Except for the canton of Geneva, certain gross minimum wages per hour apply according to the standard employment contract. Thus, an unskilled cleaning lady without professional experience can demand 19.20 francs per hour. For an unskilled employee with four years of professional experience in the field of housekeeping, the minimum wage increases to 21.10 francs. Cleaners who are skilled domestic workers and have 3 years of basic vocational training and a federal certificate of proficiency can even demand at least 23.20 francs per hour. If a 2-year vocational training is available and a vocational certificate can be presented, the gross minimum wage per hour is 21.10 francs. The cleaning lady and the employer can individually agree on whether an hourly or monthly wage is to be paid. It is advisable to agree on an hourly wage if the cleaning lady works with varying frequencies and for varying lengths of time. A monthly wage, on the other hand, can be well agreed upon if a regular employment relationship over a long period is intended.

With suuber.ch cleaning lady and employer decide themselves with
